  • Section 27 verse 3 to besmirch the good name of the group. threat of punishment 6 years and a fine of 1 billion IDR.
  • Section 30 verse 1 because accessing someone else's system without permission or against the law. threat of punishment 6 years and a fine of 600 million IDR.
  • Section 30 verse 3 as to break the security system or against the law. threat of punishment 8 years and a fine of 800 million IDR.
  • Section  33 for acting against the law, making the system not working properly (broken Content). threat of punishment 10 years and a fine of 10 billion IDR.
            KUHP
  • Section 310, verse 2, of defamation in writing. threat of punishment 1 year and 4 months.
